Munich, Nov 27: Michael Schumacher drives a lunar vehicle and goes over the moon with the prospect of a record seventh Formula one world title.
Formula one world champion Michael Schumacher on Wednesday (November 26) got behind the wheel of a unique vehicle capable of a maximum speed of just 15 kilometres an hour.
Hundreds of people watched the six times champion drive a replica of the Lunar Rover moon vehicle down a Munich street to mark the opening of a new store by a watch manufacturer. Accompanied by the company's chairman Nicolas G. Hayek in the passenger seat, Schumacher enjoy his drive of the moon buggy in the prestigious Maximilianstrasse. "It's quite interesting to drive. If you go slowly, it's relatively easy but if you go quickly, it becomes a little bit complicated due to the delay of the steering behaviour, so it was a bit tricky, you need to get used to it," Schumacher said about the car.

The new flagship store was officially opened by Michael Schumacher pressing his famous hands into concrete. The resulting imprint will go on permanent display at the shop.
