Stars to take part in IAHV concert: The Hindu
Mumbai, Nov 07: Top Bollywood personalities have joined hands to spread awareness and raise funds for the International Association of Human Values (IAHV), a non-profit organisation founded by Ravi Shankar and the Dalai Lama.
Mumbai, Nov 07: Top Bollywood personalities have joined hands to spread awareness and raise funds for the International Association of Human Values (IAHV), a non-profit organisation founded by Ravi Shankar and the Dalai Lama.
A concert "World Youth Peace Summit" is also to be held here on November 8 to raise funds for the organisation which works in the field of education.
It has been working in over 15000 villages all over the world with students educational development programmes. Giving details of the concert at a press conference here yesterday, Coordinators of the Summit Rhea Pillai Dutt and Bunty Walia said the concert was the brainchild of film actor Sanjay Dutt.
Top Bollywood personalities like Amitabh Bachchan, Shahrukh Khan, Salman Khan, Rani Mukherjee and Bipasu Basu will attend the concert in which pop bands Asma and Viva are also expected to perform.
