The 17-year-old shot a brilliant 7-under 65, including seven birdies, to finish a shot ahead of Grace Park.
"Every putt was good, even the long ones," she said. Defending champion Se Ri Pak, who set the record last year on the Jeju Island resort, shot a 69 to take a share of fifth. Pak, a three-time winner on the tour this year, made one eagle and four birdies in her first event since becoming the first woman in 58 years to make the two-round cut in a men's event.
