Jammu, Aug 29: Two ultras of Pakistan-based Lashker-e-Toiba outfit were killed and two militant hideouts busted in Rajouri and Poonch district of Jammu division since last evening, official sources said here today. Two unidentified ultras of let were killed by security forces in an encounter at Salwa area of Mendhar tehsil in Poonch district in wee hours today, they said.

Two AK rifles with five magazines, 150 rounds, one wireless set and some incriminating documents were recovered from the slain militants. Security forces have also busted two hideouts in Poonch and Rajouri districts and recovered arms and explosives last evening, defence sources said.

In Surankote area of Poonch district, security forces recovered one pistol with three magazines and 73 rounds, 11 AK magazines 120 rounds of ammunition, one AK bayonet, one radio set, one Ubgl grenade, nine IED activation devices, 11 IED accessories, one Pika bayonet and one binocular. In Darhal area of Rajouri district, 47 rounds of AK ammunition, one RPG rocket, four handgrenades and 26 pencil cells were recovered from the militant hideout.
