Iran committed to peaceful use of nuclear technology: Khatami
Tehran, Oct 21: Asserting that Iran was committed to peaceful use of nuclear technology, President Monhammad Khatami has said that its right to do so should be respected by the world community.
Tehran, Oct 21: Asserting that Iran was committed to peaceful use of nuclear technology, President Monhammad Khatami has said that its right to do so should be respected by the world community.
Speaking to reporters after signing of five documents for cooperation between Iran and Algeria, Khatami said, "Tehran will do its best to exchange views in this regard and I hope to reach good outcomes".
In reply to another question, Khatami said, "Tehran will not accept whatever condition the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) sets for Iran. Tehran tries to settle current problems".
