Guwahati, Nov 11: Assam Chief Minister Tarun Gogoi today termed as "unfortunate" the action against six journalists of 'The Hindu' and 'Murasoli' by the Speaker of the Tamil Nadu Assembly. Gogoi in a press release urged the Tamil Nadu speaker to withdraw the cases against the journalists.

He also urged the legislature and the press to resolve the issues amicably in the greater interest of the people and the country.
