Jaipur, June 16: BJP today opposed the move of Rajasthan government to use Central government staff for election duty in the coming assembly polls instead of state employees, terming it an "irrational decision". "The irrational decision to use Central staff instead of traditional state staff for poll duties only shows that the Ashok Gehlot government, which has lost all credibility among the people, has become so fearful that it has no faith in its own employees," state BJP chief Vasundhara Raje said in a statement here. "The Congress government is fearful of its employees because during its four-and-half years of rule, it not only withdrew financial and other benefits being availed by them but also ridiculed them at every step and crushed their movements brutally," Raje said. The move of the state government would only create "chaos", she said. Bureau Report
