New Delhi: National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA), Government of India, has shared some useful tips on micro-blogging site 'Twitter' on what you can do during natural disasters like cyclones and cold waves.
Coldwave is a weather phenomenon that is distinguished by a cooling of the air whereas a cyclone is a system of winds rotating inwards to an area of low barometric pressure, with an anticlockwise (northern hemisphere) or clockwise (southern hemisphere) circulation.
