The Delhi High Court on Friday sought reply from the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) on the allegation of not filling up the vacant posts of assistant professors since 1994 thus causing shortage of doctors in the premier health care institute of the country.
Issuing notice to the Aiims, on a petition by United Communist Party of India (UCPI), a division bench comprising Justice Anil Dev Singh and Justice M K Sharma directed the institute to submit its reply by December 4.
