Pakistan has opened its arms to yet another Indian fugitive. Paresh Barua, ULFA commander-in-chief, who was hounded out of his secret liar in Bangladesh’s Chittagong Hill Tracts by the Research and Analysis Wing (RAW) recently, has surfaced in Karachi and is said to be under ISI’s security cover.
Running for his life, Barua, United Liberation Front of Assam’s (ULFA) commander-in-chief not only fled Bangladesh but is now willing to have a dialogue with the Government.
