We were expecting Piaggio to launch the V9 Bobber and Roamer models in India near the festive season but the company has also launched the exotic MGX-21 with the former two.
The company has priced the lightweight cruisers, V9 Bobber and Roamer, at Rs 13.6 lakh, while the bigger MGX-21 gets a price tag of Rs 27.78 lakh (both ex-showroom, Pune).
These new Moto Guzzi motorcycles will now be available exclusively at Piaggio's Motoplex stores in Pune, Chennai, Kochi, Hyderabad and Chennai.

These bikes from Moto Guzzi offer a unique way of looking at a bike trip – one filled with adventure, discovery and freedom.”
The Moto Guzzi V9 is a mid-sized customisable cruiser, available in two versions – Roamer and Bobber. Both the versions are based one platform, however, each comes with its own distinct style and appeal. The advanced cruising machines are light, agile and built for excitement, and comes with high-grade components and finishing. Powering the bike is a Moto Guzzi signature 850cc, transversely mounted V-twin that delivers 55PS of power and a peak torque of 62Nm, available at just 3,000rpm. Moreover, the bike gets a full complement of factory equipment including ABS, adjustable traction control that can also be disabled, immobiliser and a USB port.
Newest in the Moto Guzzi line-up, the MGX-21 is a special cruiser dedicated to motorcycle lovers who love to travel in total relaxation while going un-noticed. It is a unique collector’s bike that breaks the mould with its unconventional style and is strictly assembled by hand. Besides the richness of carbon parts, the bike sports a powerful 90-degree, transverse V-twin engine that makes 95PS while delivering 120Nm of torque at a low 2,750rpm. The equipment is completed by many advanced safety features such as ABS, adjustable traction control which can also be disabled, ride-by-wire accelerator and cruise control. Moreover, the luxurious and ultra-complete instrumentation incorporates a true entertainment system and the company has announced that the MGX-21 will be available on orders only.
Along with these new additions, Piaggio continues to sell the Moto Guzzi Audace, ElDorado, California Touring 1400, California Touring Custom and the Griso SE, along with the Vespa and Aprilia products at its Motoplex stores across the country.
