Here are a few home remedies to combat sweaty feet and hands:


Baking soda


Baking soda can prove to be an effective remedy for sweaty hands and feet because of its alkaline nature. Take two to three tablespoons of baking soda and mix it in warm water. Now, dip your hands or feet in it for 20 to 30 minutes.


Rosewater


Apply the rosewater on your palms and feet by using a cotton swab. It has a cooling impact on your skin.


Cold water


Dip your sweaty hands and feet in cold water for 15 to 20 minutes daily as it will help relieve the problem.


Sandalwood powder


Sandalwood paste is known to lessen perspiration which is why it is considered an effective remedy for sweaty palms and feet. Take some sandalwood powder and mixed it with water, lime juice or rosewater. Now, apply the paste on the sweaty patches, let it dry and wash it off.


Apple Cider Vinegar


Apply apple cider vinegar on your hands and feet as it helps to keep the skin pores tight and helps to lessen sweating.
