New Delhi: It is hard to imagine any other actor, besides Hollywood sensation Hugh Jackman, playing the on-screen character of Wolverine. But, apparently, the 48-year-old wouldn’t mind any other actor taking the baton forward as he leaves the 'X-Men' franchise.
According to an India Today report, originally attributed to a recent interview, Hugh suggested that maybe Shah Rukh Khan can play it in the future. Wow, now that is an impressive choice. It would be really interesting to see what SRK adds to this blockbuster character, if it ever happens.
On the cinema front, Hugh is all set for the release of 'Logan'. The movie is third and final Wolverine solo film. It also marks the tenth instalment in the 'X-Men' cinematic series.
The film is directed by James Mangold, who co-wrote the screenplay with Michael Green and Scott Frank, from a story by David James Kelly and Mangold.
It is slated to release on March 3 this year.
