Mumbai: The Oscar Awards ceremony was going on beautifully until a big blunder happend in the end. The name of the Best picture was wrongly anounced and it was sort of an embarassment for all! 'La La Land' was initially named as the winner in the Best Picture category but 'Moonlight' was the film that had bagged the honour. This was perhaps the unfortunate "highlight" of the show!

The most awaited starry event - 89th Academy Awards - was held at the Dolby Theatres in Los Angeles. Hollywood stars and film personalities from across the international arena made it to the event in their best finery to witness a glitzy event hosted by Jimmy Kimmel, who was at his wittiest best. The starry event also saw Kimmel taking constant jibes at US President Donald Trump. Even some of the winners referred to the US President indirectly during their acceptance speech.
