Thor: Ragnarok is directed by Taika Waititi and the screenplay is by Eric Pearson while the writing team comprises Craig Kyle and Christopher Yost respectively. The film has a starry ensemble cast with Hollywood hunk Chris Hemsworth as Thor and Tom Hiddleston, Cate Blanchett, Idris Elba, Jeff Goldblum, Tessa Thompson, Karl Urban, Mark Ruffalo, and Anthony Hopkins playing pivotal parts.
In Thor: Ragnarok, Thor must escape the alien planet Sakaar in time to save Asgard from Hela and the impending Ragnarök. The film hit the screens on November 3, 2017, and clashed with Sidharth Malhotra, Sonakshi Sinha and Akshaye Khanna starrer Ittefaq at the Box Office.
Despite tough competition from a Bollywood flick, this Hollywood superhero film has managed to remain rock steady and did a fabulous business.
