The Delhi High Court on Tuesday directed social media platform X and search engine giant Google to remove defamatory social media posts against IRPS officer and LS Speaker Om Birla’s daughter Anjali. Earlier today, IRPS officer Anjali Birla filed a defamation lawsuit in the Delhi High Court. She is demanding the deletion of social media posts that wrongfully claim she succeeded in the UPSC exams on her first try because of her father's influence.
Numerous civil servants are facing scrutiny following the case of trainee IAS officer Puja Khedkar, who allegedly exploited the Other Backward Class quota and disability benefits to secure a position in the Indian Administrative Service.
