New Delhi: It's no less than a blow for AAP chief Arvind Kejriwal as one of his party MLAs has resigned from all posts and joined BJP that too ahead of crucial MCD elections.
Ved Prakash, who was AAP MLA from Bawana, has resigned from MLA post as well.

He has REVEALED the reasons why he left AAP and joined BJP to work under 'Saint' Narendra Modi.
In a series of tweets, Delhi BJP spokesperson Tajinder Pal S Bagga revealed the reasons why the AAP MLA has joined BJP.
According to Tajinder Pal S Bagga, Ved Prakash has resigned from MLA and all other posts as well and he is joining BJP because he wants to work under the leadership of 'Saint' Narendra Modi.

"Don't wan't any post, just want to work with honesty; Kejriwal shattered my hopes," Ved Prakash said.

Also, Ved Prakash said that 30-35 AAP MLA are fed up with Kejriwal.

"Kejriwal's only job is to level allegations against PM Narendra Modi; the Delhi CM did nothing in the past two years," Ved Prakash said.

Political experts see this blow as a major setback to AAP as MCD elections are just a few days away.

The date for the elections to the three municipal corporations in the national capital was postponed by a day to 23 April in view of the CBSE board examination.
The date for counting of votes has also been extended to 26 April.
