New Delhi: Finance Minister Arun Jaitley on Friday announced the official launch of the ambitious Goods and Services Tax (GST) after a special session of parliament which was attended by President Pranab Mukherjee and a galaxy of political leaders, including Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
