'Mann ki Baat' live: Welcome 21st century voters who will make new India, says PM Modi

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has started addressing the nation in the last 'Mann ki Baat' of 2017.

This 39th edition of the radio programme is being streamed live on YouTube channels of the Prime Minister's Office, Ministry of Information and Broadcasting and DD News. The programme is being broadcast on All India Radio (AIR), Doordarshan and also on the Narendra Modi mobile application. One can also give a missed call at 1922 and hear it on their mobiles.
