'Will Give Rs 6,000 for Every Vote': Karnataka BJP leader 

In Karnataka, a former BJP minister made a shocking comment which has left his party embarrassed and has triggered a huge controversy. Former state water resources minister Ramesh Jarkiholi announced at a rally that the BJP will pay Rs 6,000 per vote in the assembly elections to be held in May. Jarkiholi was forced to resign in 2021 due to his alleged role in the sex scandal and the BJP immediately distanced itself from him.

Busy Schedule for PM Modi in Bengaluru, Tumakuru

Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to launch India Energy Week 2023 in the city and inaugurate HAL's helicopter manufacturing facility in Gubbi taluk in Tumakuru district, during his visit to the state on Monday. He will also lay the foundation stone for Jal Jeevan mission projects in Chikkanayakanahalli and Tiptur at the same event. This is Modi’s third visit to the state in the last one month. He will be landing in Bangaluru again to inaugurate the Aero India show next week.
