Reliance Jio: Know what to do if you don't get confirmation message after recharging

If you don't get confirmation message after recharging you can either you can check it manually.

New Delhi: Reliance Jio users can manually check their recharge value, recharge confirmation and transaction details. If you don't get confirmation message after recharging you can either check it by using MyJio app or you can login to Jio.com with your Jio ID and password.

Those using MyJio ap

1. Sign in to MyJio app
2. Select 'Manage your jio account'
3. Select ‘Recharge History’ from menu
4. You can see your last five recharge transactions details for your Jio number. It will have the transaction number, date, time of recharge, recharge value, plan name and mode of payment

Those Using Jio.com

1. Login with your Jio ID and password
2. Select ‘Recharge History’
3. You can see your last five recharge transactions details for your Jio number. It will have the transaction number, date, time of recharge, recharge value, plan name and mode of payment
