J&K: Army jawan posted in Kupwara shoots self with service rifle, dies

The soldier was posted in Kupwara district of Jammu and Kashmir.

 Jammu: In a tragic incident, an army soldier posted in Kupwara district of Jammu and Kashmir allegedly committed suicide by shooting himself with his service rifle.

He was posted at the Warnow in J&K's Kupwara district.

It is yet to be ascertained what forced him to take the extreme step.
