Jammu: In what is no less than a miracle, a pregnant woman, who was seriously injured during the terror attack on an Army camp in Jammu and Kashmir's Sunjwan area, delivered a baby girl following a Caesarean surgery.
According to reports, the 35-week pregnant lady was shot in her lower back after the terrorists opened indiscriminate fire targeting the security forces and civilians.
The woman was then immediately evacuated by an Army chopper and rushed to a military hospital where a C section was performed on her.
The woman later delivered a baby girl weighing 2.5 kgs.
A Twitter user shared a picture of the baby girl on the social networking website, terming the incident as no less than a miracle.

Both mother and child are said to be safe and healthy.
The security forces today killed at least three terrorists, believed to be associated with Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM), several hours after they attacked an Army camp in Jammu and Kashmir's Sunjwan area.
According to Defence PRO, at least three terrorists have been killed so far and an operation to kill those remaining is still underway.
Some AK-47 assault rifles and other weapons were also recovered from the terrorists neutralised by the security forces.
Meanwhile, Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti this afternoon chaired an emergency meeting with top state government officials, including the J&K Police DGP SP Vaid, to discuss the situation.
The terrorists, who attacked the Army camp in Sunjwan, located on the outskirts of Jammu city, were believed to be from the 'Afzal Guru squad' of JeM.
At least two junior commissioned officers (JCOs) were killed and six others, including a Major and a daughter of an Army personnel, injured in the brazen attack.
