Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday reached out to the Opposition, saying the ruling side does not believe in forcing decisions through majority but believes in working through consensus.

With regards to Goods and Service Tax Bill, the PM discussed the subject with the Congress leaders. Congress raised three key concerns over the current GST Bill.
