BHOPAL: A day after five Delhi Public School (DPS) Indore students died in a road accident, police on Saturday arrested two people in connection with the incident.
The accident, which took place on Indore's Kanadia Road, also left the driver of the school bus dead, injuring eight other students and the conductor.
The incident happened when the DPS school bus carrying students collided with a truck.
Following this, the injured were rushed to Bombay Hospital and MY Hospital.
Offering condolence, Home Minister Bhupendra Singh had ordered an inquiry into the matter and has sought a report within 24 hours.
Meanwhile, the family of one of the students, identified as Kriti Agarwal, had donated her eyes and skin.
