In order to compete with Mukesh Ambani-led Reliance Jio's newly launched Dhan Dhana Dhan offer, Aircel has announced a new prepaid pack of Rs 348.

Post Reliance Jio's new tarrif plans, rival telecom companies are releasing their packs to ensure they don't lose out on their service users.

Aircel's new plan will enable the customers to make unlimited calls and enjoy 1GB data/day for 84 days which sums up to a total of 84 GB data for that particular time period. As for now, FRC 348, the new Aircel plan is available in UP East only. Both local and STD calls are allowed to make on the network using the plan with 84 days validity.

Unlike Reliance Jio which offers only 4G speed, Aircel delivers 3G only.

The Jio Dhan Dhana Dhan plan of Rs 399 provides Jio prime members 1GB data/day, unlimited calls and SMSs and subscription to Jio for 84 days. It also revised the existing plans to offer more validity and data at same price.

The company has launched new plan as the Jio Summer offer (delivering free services for 90 days) that was launched in April 2017 is going to expire for many customers. No doubt, Reliance Jio has been setting telecom industry since its release September 2016. Aircel is the first to launch its 84 days offer competing with Reliance Jio but more offers and plans from other telecom service providers can be expected soon.
