Chhattisgarh: Four Maoists gunned down by police

Four Maoists were killed in a gun battle with policemen near Hakwa village in Chhattisgarh on Friday.

Jagdalpur: Four Maoists were killed in a gun battle with Police personnel near Hallur and Hakwa villages under Police Station Mirtur in Chhattisgarh on Friday.

The police have also recovered a service pistol, one .303 service rifle, one. 315 rifle, and one 12 bore rifle from the spot.

One of the slain Maoists has been identified as Rainu, who is allegedly Bairamgarh Area Committee Action team commander.
