Collision course AAP's USP: Naqvi

Slamming Aam Aadmi Party-led Delhi government, Union Minister Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi today said the party feels being on "collision" course is their "USP".

New Delhi: Slamming Aam Aadmi Party-led Delhi government, Union Minister Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi today said the party feels being on "collision" course is their "Unique Selling Proposition (USP)".

The Minister of State for Minorities was responding to queries on around 200 Delhi government bureaucrats going on mass leave to protest the suspension of two officers which the Union Home Ministry declared as null and void.

"The Aam Aadmi Party has become collision party. If you look from the beginning - collision with the Centre, collision with LG, collision with Police Commissioner and collision with officers. They believe their USP is being on the collision course," Naqvi told reporters here.

He said it seems AAP feels that if they keep getting into conflict, it could cover up their failures.
Naqvi said the AAP government should rather establish a good coordination with officers and public and work to fulfill the mandate given by the people.

Claiming that protests, blame game, harsh words, etc are "old habits" with AAP, Naqvi said the party has now a chance to work for the people and it should do it honestly.

Earlier, a day after two senior civil service officers of the Home Department were suspended by the AAP government for refusing to sign on a Cabinet decision file, around 200 DANICS officers went on mass leave while 70 IAS officers have gone on half-day leave, showing solidarity with the suspended officers.
