New Delhi: Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal continues to be under attack from BJP and its sympathisers for demanding proof of Indian Army's surgical strikes along the Line of Control last month.

The ruling BJP has in past ridiculed the AAP chief for releasing a video and attacking PM Narendra Modi, in the garb of praising him for ordering surgical strikes, and demanding proof of the military action to 'silence' Pakistan.

Now, a poster has been displayed outside the BJP headquarters here, which took a dig at the Delhi CM for his inaction in tackling the dengue and chikunguniya outbreak in the national capital.

The poster has been put up by the youth wing of the BJP (BJPYM) and also highlights the rising number of deaths due to dengue in the city.

Indian Army's surgical strikes have created a flutter across the political spectrum of the country with many supporting the military action while some questioning the move.

Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar on Wednesday mainly credited Prime Minister Narendra Modi for carrying out the daring surgical strikes against terror launch pads along the Line of Control, which evoked sharp reactions from the Opposition parties.

Reacting to Parrikar's remarks, Congress said that the BJP dispensation was politicising the issue just for political gains.

Congress leader Manish Tewari also commented that Parrikar's conduct was not becoming of a minister.

"Parrikar does not deserve to be the Defence Minister of the country," said Tewari.

The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) was also quick to denounce Parrikar's claim as 'shameful'.

AAP leader Ashutosh that by giving major credit to PM Modi Parrikar was behaving like a small-time leader.

He even accused Parrikar of lying and asked him to tender an apology in this regard.
