“Arvind Kejriwal needs to answer the people about corruption charges against his Principal Secretary Rajendra Kumar,” Delhi BJP chief Satish Upadhyay said.

He also alleged that the chief minister is also an “accomplice” in the crime.

After Kumar's arrests, CBI said that there are allegations related to bribery and abuse of position against them and further probe is underway.

All five accused, including Rajendra Kumar, will be produced in the Patiala House court on Tuesday, CBI spokesperson RK Gaur said.

Kumar is accused of being the kingpin of a 50-crore scam that started in 2006. CBI officials had carried out searches at the Delhi Secretariat last year while graft cases against Kumar were being investigated.
