Thick fog in Delhi, nine international flights delayed, 81 trains running late

New Delhi: Foggy conditions continues in several parts of Delhi and outskirts affecting air and rail traffic movement in the form of several diversions and delays.

As many as 81 trains are reported to be running late, 13 cancelled for today and tomorrow and with 40 trains being rescheduled, as per a report collected on Saturday morning.

In addition, nearly nine international and four domestic flights from Delhi have also been delayed due to dense fog, with a Delhi-Lucknow flight being cancelled. 

Dense fog, with visibility in Delhi dropping to 400 metres at 5:30 am today, has caused delays and cancellations of both flights as well as trains.
