New Delhi: Hours after Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal announced that the odd-even scheme seems to have been successful, retired IPS officer Kiran Bedi on Friday chose to wait till Monday.
Taking to micro-blogging website Twitter, the BJP leader noted that schools are closed and people are enjoying extended weekend, the real test of the plan will begin on Monday.
