SBI 2016 PO prelims exam results likely to be declared on July 18New Delhi: The State Bank of India (SBI) is likely to announce the results of its preliminary examination for recruitment of probationary officers on July 18.
The main exam will be held online on July 31 (Sunday) while candidates can download their call letters for the test from July 21 onwards.
SBI will post the results of the main exam on its website.

2) Click on the ‘careers’ at the bottom of the page or ‘careers with us’ flashing on the top right corner

4) Enter the required details and submit
The preliminary examinations were held on July 2, 3, 9 and 10.
The exam had three sections with objective type questions of 100 marks.
The English language section had 30 questions carrying 30 marks while the quantitative ability and aptitude section had 35 questions and 35 marks each.
Candidates need to qualify in each of the three sections by securing passing marks to be decided by the bank, the Hindustan Times reported.
A total of 2,200 probationary officers' jobs is available.
Of the total 2,200 vacancies, 1,028 seats are for general candidates, 590 for OBC, 351 for SC and 231 for ST.
The shortlisted candidates in the main examination will be called for a group discussion and interview.
