Delhi: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) on Tuesday announced the results of the University Grants Commission – National Eligibility Test  (UGC-NET) 2015.

The UGC-NET exams were held on June 28.


The candidates can check their results the official website – www.cbseresults.nic.in.


To check the results the students have to enter their roll numbers and date of birth.


Students awarded the junior research fellowship (JRF) will get a monthly stipend of Rs 25,000.


They will also get house rent allowance (30 percent in tier I cities) for their research work for a period of five years.


The exams are held twice a year and has three papers.


The eligibility criteria is - 55 percent marks the master’s degree.


Since December 2014, the CBSE conducts NET examination on behalf of the UGC.


This is to determine the eligibility for assistant professor only or JRF.
