Watch: This BJP's Vadodara prez wants to protect cows by showering money on Gujarati singer

Vadodara: Politicians are always up to something to grab attention, but some go overboard to be in the limelight. Recently, the president of BJP's Vadodara unit was seen showering money on a Gujarati singer during Ganesh Utsav, which he later claimed was done to raise funds for protection of cows in the country.

In the video, which has gone viral, BJP leader Satish Patel is seen holding a bucket full of currency notes which he turns upside down to shower money on the singer Kirtidan Gadhvi. The event was also attended by other BJP leaders from the state.

However, when questioned about his act, Patel said that it was done to raise funds for protection of cows in the country.
