Keep it clean:


Blackheads and whiteheads are mere impurities of skin – occurs when your pores get clogged with dirt and oil. Therefore, you should maintain a thorough cleanliness regime for your face. Indulgence into a regular CTMP (Cleansing, Toning, Moisturizing & Protecting) ritual will prevent these ‘ugly enemies’ to pop up on your face. Therefore, it is advisable to first clean your face with a mild face wash, close the opened pores with a suitable toner – moisturize it with a moisturizer and apply a protecting sunscreen to keep your skin healthy and hale.


Close your pores:


Toning is a must if you want get rid of the black and white impurities from roots. This closes open pores of your skin making break-outs less prone. Prepare an effective homemade toner – boil few leaves of pudina (mint leaves) in two glasses of water and drain when half of it evaporates. Cool it, store in refrigerator and use after every face wash.


Seek expert help:


One may also opt for going through a thorough blackhead removal session at an expert salon. Sometimes these stubborn impurities need professional hands to make your skin blackheads and whiteheads free making way for a clear-looking face.


Scrub it off:


A super-easy home remedy you can try for black/whiteheads is by scrubbing them off with a scrub-pack. For this, add a teaspoon of oatmeal to the same amount of milk, few drops of tomato juice along with same quantity of orange pulp. Blend the mixture together so that it forms a thick density like a face-pack. Now, apply it all over your face and neck, leave till it dries and scrub-off while rinsing. Repeat it every week to encounter faster results.


Nose-Strip:


The most stubborn blackheads are those on and around your nose. Use this quick nose-strip paste to keep them at bay. Start with preparing a mixture by adding few drops of honey in one teaspoon of non-flavored gelatin powder. Keep it in the microwave for 10-15 seconds. Now steam your face well and apply the paste on your snout. This would act as a great strip-off while taking away blackheads.
