New Delhi: Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MP Bhagwant Mann, who is under scanner for live-streaming a video of the security arrangements inside the Parliament House Complex on the social media, has now sough an inquiry against Prime Minister Narendra Modi for allegedly compromising the national security.
According to reports, Mann, the AAP MP from Sangrur district in Punjab, has written a letter to Lok Sabha Speaker Sumitra Mahajan in which he has demanded a thorough probe against PM Modi for inviting a high-level Pakistani delegation to visit the Indian Air Force Base in Pathankot, weeks after it was attacked allegedly by Islamabad-backed terrorists.
Mann, in his letter to the Speaker, claimed that PM Modi's invitation to the Pakistani delegation to visit the Pathankot IAF Base had put the national security in jeopardy.
He also claimed that PM Modi's invitation to the Pakistani officials was a much bigger threat to the national security than the video which he posted on the Facebook.
Mann also requested the Speaker to widen the ambit of the Parliamentary Panel which is probing the AAP leader's action of posting the videos of the security pickets inside the Parliament House Complex.

Mann was severely criticised by politicians cutting across the party lines for posting the video on Parliament's security on Facebook.
Mann, however, said that he had done nothing wrong.
