New Delhi: In a shocking claim, Fatehgarh Sahib MP Harinder Singh Khalsa has said that Aam Aadmi Party lawmaker Bhagwant Mann comes to Parliament in an inebriated state.
Khalsa, who was suspended from the AAP more than a year ago for “anti-party activities”, said he cannot sit next to Mann because the AAP lawmaker smells of alcohol.
“I have not complained but urged the (Lok Sabha) Speaker (Sumitra Mahajan) and requested her to change my seat,” said Khalsa.

AAP MP Bhagwant Mann, meanwhile, today appeared before Lok Sabha Speaker Sumitra Mahajan after being summoned following his controversial video on the high security Parliament House complex.
In the nearly 12-minute video, Mann gives a running commentary as his vehicle crosses security barricades and enters Parliament. "I'll today show you something you would not have seen earlier," he is heard saying in the video.
Mann is then showed entering a room where questions to be taken up inside Parliament are being sorted and describes the process.
