BJP councillor behind bars for thrashing engineer in Kota

Kota: Bharatiya Janta Party ward member of Rangbadi area and nephew of BJP MLA Phralad Gunjal , Om Gunjal was arrested and sent behind bars for fifteen days after he allegedly thrashed a junior engineer of Jaipur Vidut Vitran Nigam Limited (JVVNL) in Mahavir Nagar area of Kota in Rajasthan.

The junior engineer suffered from a broken arm after he was thrashed by Gunjal, following which he registered a complaint in Mahavir Nagar police station.The police have filed a case against Gunjal on the charges of obstruction of government work and violence.
