New Delhi: Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi has termed Union Budget 2016 as one that lacks vision and conviction.

Rahul tweeted: “Budget2016 lacks both vision & conviction. A list of new promises w/o any account of the failure of tall promises made in last 2 budgets.”
