New Delhi: Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and Aam Aadmi Party convener on Sunday will hold a rally in the national capital to thank Delhi citizens for helping the state government to make the odd-even plan a huge success.

The rally, to be addressed by Kejriwal, will be held at Chhatrasal Stadium in New Delhi today afternoon. The entire Delhi Cabinet along with officials from different departments including civil defence, SDMs, tehsiladar, traffic police, transport department, drivers and conductors of DTC,, Cluster and DMRC will be present at the event.


After the rally, Delhi Cabinet will hold a review meeting on Monday to discuss the impact of the 15-day car restriction scheme and the future course of action in this regard. The review meeting will further decide on the second phase of the road rationing scheme. The meeting will also be attended by environment experts.


Huge hoardings have been put up by Delhi government at several bus stops in Delhi which proclaim the success of odd-even scheme implemented in the Capital for a fortnight from January 1 to January 15 to curb air pollution and traffic congestion.
