Varanasi: Union Minister Arun Jaitley today instructed the local BJP MLAs and MLCs to sit in the Prime Minister Narendra Modi's parliamentary office to hear the grievances of common people and solve them.

Jaitley during his two-day visit to Varanasi, which concluded today, was apprised about the people's problems here by the media persons, who also raised questions about the effectiveness of PM's parliamentary office in solving people's grievances.


Taking the matter seriously, Jaitley after reaching Delhi, issued instructions to six MLAs, MLCs to sit in PM's parliamentary office between Monday and Saturday and solve people's problems, Sanjay Bhardwaj, media?in-charge of Varanasi constituency as well as Eastern UP region said.


"Union Finance minister Arun Jaitley, after returning to New Delhi from his two-day visit to the PM's Varanasi constituency, today gave strong instructions to all local BJP MLAs and MLCs to atleast sit for a day in the parliamentary office of the PM from Monday to Saturday between 11 AM to 2 PM?to hear the grievances of people and make their all out efforts to solve people's problems," he said.


"MLA Ravindra Jaiswal, MLC Kedar Nath Singh, MLA Jyotsana Srivastava, Varanasi Mayor Ram Gopal Mohale, MLA Shyam Deo Roy Chaudhary, and MLC Laxman Acharya, each of these BJP leaders will sit in the respective order, atleast for a day between 11 AM to 2 PM from Monday to Saturday in the PM's parliamentary office in Ravindrapuri here," Bhardwaj said.
