New Delhi: Is the Islamic State plotting to specifically target cow-worshipping Hindus?

A report in the ISIS' propaganda magazine claims Dabiq so, reported IBN 7.

As per the report, the Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi-led ISIS has created a separate wing called Khorasan to target Hindus who worship cows.

It may be noted that cows are holy to Hindus.

In an interview published in Dabiq, an ISIS commander is reported as saying that the ISIS also wants to spread its wings to the Indian state of Jammu and Kashmir.

And to achieve this, the ISIS has prepared a blueprint to attack not just Hindus but also Shia Muslims.
