Mathur said Rahul Gandhi and Congress were answerable for what happened in the Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU).
The BJP leader did not stop here and added: 'Rahul Gandhi's factory is closed, otherwise his son's name would also have been involved in the incident'.
He also sought sedition charges against the Congress vice president for backing those who spoke in favour of Parliament attack convict Afzal Guru.
