Delhi: PM Narendra Modi on Thursday expressed shock over collapse of flyover in Kolkata.
He also said that he has taken stock of the situation and rescue operations.
PM Modi is in US where he arrived today to attend the fourth Nuclear Security Summit to be held from March 31 to April 1.

Massive tragedy struck Kolkata today when a portion of an under-construction flyover collapsed today.
At least 14 people have been reported to have lost their lives in the tragic incident and many others have been injured.
Police said that the death toll could go up.
Several injured persons were rescued from under the debris and were being sent to different hospitals in the vicinity.
Meanwhile, cutting short her visit to West Midnapore district, Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee, who was campaigning there, rushed back to the city and visited the site.
At the same time she directed the authorities to speed up the relief and rescue operations carried out by police, fire brigade and disaster management personnel.
