Rich sections of society should give up quotas for the upliftment of the weakers: RSS

New Delhi: The rich and affluential sections of society should give up quotas for the betterment of the weaker sections of the society, said RSS. 

While answering to a question about Jat reservations stir in Haryana, RSS leader Bhaiyyaji Joshi said rich and affluential section of society don't need reservations. 

The RSS leader was addressing a press conference on the last day of the three-day annual meeting of its highest decision-making body -- Akhil Bhartiya Pratinidhi Sabha (ABPS) at Nagaur in Rajasthan.

Among the other decisions in the meet, the RSS also decided to do away with its trademark Khaki shorts for brown trousers.
