New Delhi: Senior Congress leader Sajjan Kumar has moved an anticipatory bail application in a 1984 anti-Sikh riot case, sources said on Monday.

The bail will be heard by a sessions judge on Tuesday.

The case was opened by the Special Investigation Team recently.
