Mexico City: Whenever Prime Minister Narendra Modi is in a foreign country, he is warmly welcomed and taken around the city for a visit to iconic places.
However, while he was in Mexico City on the last leg of his five-nation tour Wednesday night, PM Modi was accorded a rare gesture by Mexican President Enrique Pena Nieto.
The Mexican President personally drove PM Modi to a restaurant for a Mexican vegetarian meal.
The two world leaders were later seen 'bonding over bean tacos'.
