"Robert Vadra's comment indicates that he is extremely scared," said BJP spokesperson Sambit Patra.

Vadra, whose land deals are being probed in the BJP-ruled states of Haryana and Rajasthan, earlier today said that a distinction should be made between him as an individual conducting business like anyone else.

Vadra alleged that the BJP was using attacks on him as a 'political tool to divert public attention'.

The Congress president's son-in-law further said in an interview that he has always conducted business transparently in accordance with the law but he was being 'singled out' and 'lies' were spread about him.
