Meet real-life 'Vicky Donor': How this Yuvraj Singh earns Rs 40-45 lakh per annum

New Delhi: Most of us have seen the movie 'Vicky Donor' and know what the movie was all about. Now, here is a bull who is 'Vicky Donor' in real life!

A bull named Yuvraj Singh stole the show at 'Krishi Unnati Mela' as thousands of farmers from various parts of the country thronged the enclosure of Yuvraj - a Murrah-breed donor bull - and his owner, Karamvir Singh, to convince him for bull's semen to help artificially inseminate their milch buffaloes, according to a TOI report.

Karamvir roughly earns Rs 40-45 lakh per annum from Yuvraj.

A single ejaculation of Murrah-breed donor bull Yuvraj generates between 4-6 ml of semen, which is then diluted scientifically and 500 to 600 doses are prepared with it. Karamvir sells a single dosefor Rs 300.

Karamvir spends roughly Rs 3,000 a day on eight-year-old Yuvraj's food. The money which he earns from Yuvraj helps him to keep other buffaloes in better condition.
